HOW IT STARTED
I learned what world class real estate looks like. Then brought it home.
Before CPG existed I was in Nashville, Tennessee working with the number one RE/MAX team in the world. I saw up close what it looked like when a real estate operation was built around the client experience, not around the agent, not around the commission, not around the transaction. Around the client.
I also knew that Durango was home. I had spent 15 years there before Nashville and it was where I wanted to raise my family. So I came back with one question: why can't buyers and sellers here get the same red carpet experience that the best teams in the world provide?
The answer was that nobody had built it yet. So we did.
Colorado Property Group started with that idea and every decision since has been made the same way. What does the best possible experience look like for the person on the other side of this transaction? That question drives our systems, our hiring, our training, and how we show up every single day.
Ten years later we have built one of the most active real estate teams in southwest Colorado. We are proud of that. But what we are most proud of is this: we built careers for people in a town where making a real living is genuinely hard. And we did it without ever compromising on what the client deserves.
That is still the whole point.

Erin Eicher
Owner | Managing Broker | Team Lead
RE/MAX Pinnacle - CPG
Erin got into real estate because she loves helping people create opportunities for themselves. What keeps her here is watching agents and clients reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Real estate changes lives. She never gets tired of being part of that process.
Her title says Managing Broker. At heart she is a coach. She believes success leaves clues, and her job is helping people find the confidence, skills, and accountability to follow them.
Most of her time is spent coaching agents, supporting the leadership team, recruiting, and making sure CPG keeps delivering a great experience for agents and clients alike. No two days look the same and that's exactly how she likes it.
Whether you are buying a home or building a real estate career, Erin wants you to know one thing. You have someone in your corner who cares about where you end up, not just where the transaction ends.
Jill Gorman
Director of Agent Coaching
Colorado Property Group
Jill's job is helping agents build careers, not just close deals.
That looks different every day. Some days she is leading trainings, running role plays, or running onboarding sessions for new agents. Other days she is helping agents work through current transactions, improve their lead conversion, or figure out which activities actually move the needle toward their goals.
A big part of what Jill does is mindset work. Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially when you are newer. Her job is to help agents prioritize what matters, simplify the process, build momentum, and keep moving forward when things get hard.
When Jill looks at a new agent, she is not looking for experience. She is looking for someone who is coachable, willing to learn, and willing to show up consistently. Systems, contracts, and word tracks can be taught. Attitude, work ethic, resilience, and self-awareness are harder to teach. Those qualities are usually the difference between someone who tries real estate and someone who builds a career out of it.
The thing Jill is most proud of is watching agents grow into lives they did not think were possible. Agents who started with zero sales and built six-figure businesses. People who bought homes, paid off debt, and changed the direction of their families. That is what gets her up in the morning.
